काठमाडौ महानगरपालिका मार्फत महिला बालबालिका तथा ज्येष्ठ नागरिक मन्त्रालयको प्राप्त बजेट शीर्षकबाट “दृष्टिविहीन व्यक्तिहरुका लागि आवासीय कम्प्युटर तालिम तथा उद्यमशिलता र सशक्तिकरण तालिम कार्यक्रम” अन्तर्गत यस नेपाल नेत्रहीन संघको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय काठमाडौँमा यसै साल माध्यमिक शिक्षा परीक्षा (SEE) दिएका १० जना दृष्टिविहीन परीक्षार्थीहरुको लागि कम्प्युटर तालिम सञ्चालन गर्न लागेको हुँदा इक्छुक दृष्टिविहीन तथा न्यूनदृष्टियुक्त परिक्षार्थीहरुबाट २०८३ बैशाख २ गतेसम्ममा आवेदनको लागि सुचित गरिन्छ । साथै छनौट भएका १० जना व्यक्तिहरुलाई छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान गरिनेछ, भने महिलाहरुलाई छात्रावासको पनि व्यवस्था छ ।
